For most people, taking part in sport improves your general health and well-being. There are many other reasons why you should become involved in sport as it has lots to offer.
The following are just some of the benefits of sport.

‘Boring!’ I can hear you say, why should we eat healthily? This is a good question when it’s so easy to grab a muffin and a latte as you dash to work. Why then should we make the effort to have a ‘proper’ breakfast and take time to plan other meals in the day?
Well we would all like to think that we are immortal but the facts remain, if we eat healthily we can dramatically reduce our risk of heart disease and some cancers. If that doesn’t convince you to swap the sausage sarnie for a smoothie, give these facts a thought:
